• Established businesses operating primarily in Ireland seeking to raise capital to achieve specific growth objectives (acquisition, entry into a new geographic market, access public equity markets)
• Strong ambitious management teams
• A clear pathway to exit
• Sector agnostic, however, there is a particular focus on key sectors of the Irish economy
• Typical investment size of c.€5millon - €40 million for non-controlling stakes
