    What is AIB Everyday Rewards?

    AIB Everyday Rewards brings you relevant cashback offers based on your registered AIB Visa Debit or Credit card spending habits.

     

    Here's how it works:

    1. Register for AIB Everyday Rewards with your AIB Visa card(s)

    2. You will receive relevant cashback offers based on where you spend using your registered card(s)

    3. To redeem an offer, simply make a purchase that meets the terms of the offer

    4. Your AIB Visa Card will then automatically be credited with cashback, typically within five business days

    Am I eligible to register for AIB Everyday Rewards?

    Terms and Conditions apply. To avail of AIB Everyday Rewards you must be a personal Credit or Debit card customer, over the age of 16 years and a resident of Republic of Ireland.

    How do I register?

    You can register on the AIB Everyday Rewards website. Simply enter your email address and check for an activation email with a link. Click on the link and then enter your AIB Visa Card number, postcode and registration details, and you will be ready to start receiving relevant cashback offers.

    Do I have to register on a desktop/laptop for the 1st time?

    No, you can register from any device – desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone.

    Can I access this site on my mobile?

    Yes. The AIB Everyday Rewards website is fully mobile optimized.

    Can I register more than one card?

    Once you have successfully registered with one card and signed in to AIB Everyday Rewards website, you can add up to 4 more AIB Visa cards in ‘My Account’.

    What if I want to register a Visa card issued by a different bank?

    This service is only available to AIB Visa cardholders, this means that you cannot register a Visa card issued by a different bank or card issuer. If you want to change your card to or add another AIB Visa Card, simply sign in to AIB Everyday Rewards website and go to 'Manage Cards' in 'My Account'. Here you can see the last 4 digits of all cards that are currently registered and you may then add another AIB Visa card by typing in the new number and selecting 'Add card'. If you want to change one of your registered cards, remove the card you no longer require and add the new one using the instructions above.

    Can the same card be registered more than once?

    No. Once a card has been successfully registered, it cannot be registered again.

    I have not received my registration e-mail. What should I do?

    Please check the following;

    • Review your email address in the ‘My Account’ section on the AIB Everyday Rewards website to ensure it has been input correctly.
    • Check for email from Visa Offers
    • Check your spam/junk folder in your email.

     

    If the email does not appear you will need to revert back to the AIB Everyday Rewards website, under the ‘Help’ tab you will find a list of FAQs. If you cannot find your answer there you can log a query with Visa directly by choosing ‘Other’ and inputting your name, email address and your query. For security reasons, please do not include your full card number or account details.

    Which card(s) did I register?

    To see the AIB Visa card(s) you have currently registered, simply login to AIB Everyday Rewards website and go to 'Manage Cards' in 'My Account' where the last 4 digits will be shown for each registered card. The last 4 digits of your registered card(s) are also shown on the email we send with offers for you to view.

    How do I view the offers that are available to me?

    You can find out about offers in two different ways:

     

    1. Sign in to the AIB Everyday Rewards website and visit the ‘My Offers’ page

    2. You can sign up to a weekly email with details of the two top offers available to you.

    How do I change my account information (e.g., email address)?

    Please sign in to the AIB Everyday Rewards website and go to ‘My Account’, where you can update your email address, password and other account information.

    Why did my friend receive an offer and I did not?

    Offers are matched to your own shopping preferences and purchase history so that you get offers that are relevant to you. This means the offers you get may vary from the ones your friends or family receive.

    What if my card is lost/stolen or has expired?

    If one of your registered cards is lost or stolen, please follow these instructions.

     

    If your new/replacement card has the same number, you don't need to do anything; just continue using your AIB Everyday Rewards account.

     

    If your new card has a new number, simply sign in to AIB Everyday Rewards website and go to 'Manage Cards' in 'My Account'. From here you can remove the card that has been replaced (identified using the last 4 digits displayed) and add your new AIB Visa card by typing in the new number and selecting ‘Add card’.

    How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

    You can unsubscribe from AIB Everyday Rewards weekly update and offer redemption emails via the AIB Everyday Rewards website by going to ‘Manage Notifications’ in ‘My Account’. Alternatively, you can use the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in the email itself.

     

    Please note that unsubscribing from AIB Everyday Rewards emails will have no effect on your marketing preferences with AIB.

Redemptions and Cashback

    I haven't received my cashback, what should I do?

    First, double check that your purchase met the terms of the offer provided in the offer details, for instance:

    • Minimum purchase amount
    • Offer validity dates
    • Correct store location
    • Correct card used

     

    If your purchase met all the terms, visit the AIB Everyday Rewards website, and go to the ‘Help’ page to report a missed transaction to Visa's customer service team. Once in the ‘Help’ page scroll to the bottom of the page to the ‘Still can’t find what you’re looking for? Select the ‘Other’ option. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter your query in the box provided. 

     

    Please provide the following information found on your receipt when you contact us:

    • Date of transaction
    • Retailer name
    • Amount paid
    • Last 4 digits of the AIB Visa Card used

     

    For security reasons, please do not include your full card number or account details.

    Can I review my redeemed offer history?

    Yes, on the AIB Everyday Rewards website in the ‘Offer History’ page, you will be able to see a full history of your redeemed offers and cashback paid. For each redeemed offer you will be able to see information such as which card was used, how much cashback was paid and the offer terms and conditions. You can also choose to view the offer history per registered card or as a summary for all cards.

     

    As well as redeemed offer history, you can see details for offers that you have activated previously, even if they have expired. You will be able to view this data for offers activated within the last 45 days.

    Will I receive cashback if I pay for the offer with a different AIB Visa Card?

    No. To receive the cashback for an offer, you must use one of the AIB Visa Cards you have registered.

    How do I know when I have redeemed an offer successfully?

    You can check your redeemed Visa cashback offers in three ways:

     

    1. Log in to AIB Everyday Rewards website and visit the ‘Offer History’ page. Every offer you redeem should appear there typically within five business days of being redeemed

    2. You will receive an email confirmation typically within five business days

    3. Cashback will automatically appear as a credit on your account typically within five business days

    I redeemed an offer but the retailer's receipt doesn't have any information about cashback.

    AIB Everyday Rewards is linked to your AIB Visa Card, not the retailer's checkout system. This means there will not be a confirmation about your offer or your cashback on your receipt. Instead, you will receive an email confirmation regarding your cashback typically within five business days.

     

    Please note: checkout staff may not be aware of the offers.

    How do I activate the offer?

    The offers are activated automatically when they are sent to you by email or displayed when you sign in. You can use these immediately by making a qualifying purchase.

    How do I redeem an offer?

    To redeem an offer, simply pay with the AIB Visa Card you registered with. But first, make sure you understand and can meet the terms of the offer (e.g. offer validity dates, minimum purchase amount, etc.).

    How long will it take to receive my cashback?

    Your cashback will be paid into your account typically within five business days.

    Where is my data stored?

    Information on how you choose to use AIB Everyday Rewards is securely stored by Visa Europe technology platforms in the EU. However, to operate the service, your data may be sent outside of the EU but will be protected. Please see the Visa Privacy Policy for more details. Any information related to the regular use of your AIB Visa Card is stored securely.

    Will AIB or Visa share my information and/or my purchase habits with third parties?

    Only AIB, Visa Europe, retailers (see below) and their subcontractors have access to your data for the purposes of AIB Everyday Rewards and as described in the Visa Privacy Policy. It is not shared with any other third parties.

     

    When you redeem an offer with a retailer, the retailer will have access to your information in the normal course of processing a payment. This is because when you redeem an offer and make a transaction with a retailer you may be required to provide some information directly to them in order for your purchase to be processed.

     

    Also, in order to credit the cashback to your registered AIB Visa Card, Visa confirm with retailers that you met the terms of your offer in the purchase. For that, Visa send retailers limited selected information about such purchases.

    Will I start receiving unsolicited emails if I join AIB Everyday Rewards?

    No. We will only contact you via email about AIB Everyday Rewards.

     

    You can however always unsubscribe from receiving marketing emails from Visa Offers by AIB Everyday Rewards. If you unsubscribe, you can log in to the AIB Everyday Rewards website and visit the ‘My Offers’ page to find out what new offers you have. Please note that you will still receive emails from us on other relevant issues related to the Service, such as changes to the terms and conditions or privacy policy.
