AIB Internet Banking – Enhanced Card Management Services

We’re always putting you first and improving our services with a view to making your banking life easier. To make it easier for you to have more flexibility and have more control of your banking, now you can access more AIB Debit and Credit Card services remotely on AIB Internet Banking.
Get up to speed on all these convenient improvements by running your eyes over our quick guide below:
Has your card been damaged or is it not working properly? If so, you’ll need a replacement card. Simply log into AIB Internet Banking and select ‘Services & Settings’ and choose ‘Manage my Cards’ within this menu. Click on the card you want to replace and select the ‘Replacement Debit Card’ option, it’s as simple as that. If you’ve lost your card or it’s been stolen, we’ve made it easier for you to get back on your financial feet and get your card in next to no time. Just select the “Report Card Lost/Stolen” option from the same menu.
With all the numbers you have to recall on a daily basis, it’s only natural to let one slip from time to time. In the event you forget your PIN, we’ve made it easy to get a reminder sent to you. Just select ‘Manage my Cards’ from within the ‘Services & Settings’ menu, select you the card wish to get the reminder for and choose ‘PIN reminder’.
