How does Online Reset work?
You will be asked to enter personal information which we will then validate against our records.
Once we have validated this information we will send you an activation code by SMS to your mobile phone.
You will be asked to enter the activation code which will remain valid for 30 minutes. If you have not done so within this time the code will expire and you will need to start the process again.
You will have the option to reset your Personal Access Code (PAC) to one of your choice. If you know your PAC and prefer not to change it, you can skip this step. We will then display your eight digit Registration Number on screen and you can immediately access this service.
Please ensure you take a note of your Registration Number when it appears on screen as we will not be sending you this number.
