Odd-lot Offer 2026
On 1 May 2026 AIB launched an Odd-lot Offer pursuant to which shareholders holding fewer than 50 ordinary shares of €0.625 each in AIB Group plc (the "Odd-lot Holders”) were offered the opportunity to sell their shares at a 5% premium to the market price.
The Odd-lot Offer opened on 1 May 2026 and will close on 2 June 2026.
