At The Lab, it’s about facilitating customers to cross the digital divide and educating them about the latest digital banking innovations we offer. These include our internet banking platform, mobile banking app and the new revolutionary ME2U app.

The Lab has free conference room facilities available during the opening hours of 9am – 9pm Monday to Friday, 9am – 7pm Saturday and 10am – 7pm Sunday. These facilities include teleconferencing and free Wi-Fi available for up to ten persons.

For advice on items such as mortgage applications, you can chat to a member of staff in privacy and comfort using one of our three Remote Advisor booths.
