The eMortgage calculator will give you a clear picture of how much you maybe able to borrow. You simply enter the relevant information required which includes your marital status, date of birth, number of dependants, income details per annum, total monthly outgoings and details about the property.

Step 2
You’re automatically advised how much you can afford to borrow based on the info you’ve provided and are presented with a mortgage approval in principle, once you meet the relevant lending criteria. Next, you can apply online if you’re happy with the provisional offer, if you need any help while applying you can talk to a mortgage advisor in your Branch or phone 1980 724 724 and they will be happy to answer any of your questions.

Step 3
If you decide to complete your application on the online eMortaggae calculator, you’ll need to register. To complete your application and registration process for the online portal, you’ll be asked for a few security and contact questions about you, your loan and your desired property. You will recieved registration details such as passwords via your mobile phone

Step 4
Once you’ve verified all this to be correct, you can proceed, this will include filling out the customer declaration form to ensure you understand the process..

Step 5
