In this episode, Tipperary Captain Brendan Maher goes Down Under to play cricket with the Big Bash League side, Adelaide Strikers, while Ashes-winning English cricketer, Steve Harmison, tries his hand at hurling with Maher’s club, Borris-Ileigh.

As part of the trade, primary school teacher Maher immersed himself in the life of a professional athlete, as well as the unfamiliar demands of Australian life.
