WATCH LIVE: AIB All-Ireland Intermediate and Senior Camogie Club Finals

Galway has a strong representation in the AIB All-Ireland Camogie Club Championship Finals with both Athenry and Sarsfields in the finals. Athenry overcame Waterford’s Lismore in the Semi-Final while Sarsfields saw off Burgess-Duharra by one point, in what was a tight battle between both sides.

Slaughtneil beat Kilkenny’s Thomastown in their Senior Semi-Final while Johnstownbridge claimed victory over Tyrone’s Eglish to book their place in the Intermediate Final at Croke Park.

There has already been celebration for members of the Senior finalists, as Slaughtneil’s Clare McGrath and Sarsfields’ Niamh McGrath both picked up AIB Provincial Club Player of The Year Awards for Ulster and Connacht respectively.
