How do I register for the service?

Go to www.aib.ie/ibb and click on 'Apply Now'.

Complete the application form, ensure it is signed by an authorised signatory and send it to your AIB Account holding branch for verification. 

The form will then be sent by the branch to iBB for processing.

Call our Customer Service Team on 0818 724 724 (+353 1 771 24 24 from outside Ireland), and select option 4 to "Register for Phone Banking and Internet Banking". 

You will be required to complete  a number of security questions. It only takes a few minutes and you can start using the service immediately.

To register for Internet Banking, visit the Quick Banking area where you can:

Call AIB Phone Banking on the In-Branch Courtesy phone.

Once security has been completed, you will be registered over the phone immediately.
