What do I need to get started?

To start using iBB, you will need to:
1) Have your User ID, Digipass and Personal Access Code (PAC) ready.  
2) Log into iBB
3) Create a passphrase
4) Set Payment Limits
5) Add your Beneficiaries and/or Utility Bills

Please Note: Only Local Administrators will receive a PAC.

Steps on how to complete the above are outlined in the additional questions in this section.

Once registered for the service, you can log in to AIB Internet Banking using your security details.
