How do I change a name/signatory on iBB?

iBusiness Banking (iBB)
Go to the Forms section of the Help Centre and download a Change Authorised Signatories for Limited Companies form or Change Authorised Signatories for Clubs / Unincorporated Associations / Schools form.
Print the form and make sure it is correctly signed off before sending it to your account holding branch for onward processing. The turnaround time is 24 hours from when the processing area receive the form.
