How do I change the Billing Account, Client Contact or address information on iBB?

Go to the Forms section of the Help Centre and download an Amend iBB Details Form.

Print the form and ensure it is signed in accordance with the mandate and submit it to your account holding branch for onward processing. The turnaround time is 24 hours from when the processing area receive the form.
