Why is my Digipass different to my last one?

We have upgraded to a new Digipass for iBB customers. The new device uses numeric values only. There is no longer a need to enter alpha characters (a, b, c, etc.)

As the numeric Digipass does not take alpha characters, the TDS instructions have changed and will only be numeric.
