How do I cancel a payment?

iBusiness Banking (iBB)
Domestic Payment: You cannot cancel a payment that is at a status of 'Completed' in your Outgoing Payments Log in iBB. You will need to contact the Beneficiary to have your funds returned.
International Payment: You must contact the Beneficiary and request the funds are returned or contact Customer Support on 0818 72 00 00 (or from outside RoI on +353 1 641 4889 and request a recall of that payment. Please note: Debit authority must be granted by the beneficiary.
