How do I check the source of Incoming Payments to my account?

Log into iBB
Select 'Payment Logs' from the left hand menu and then click on 'Incoming Payments Log'
Select the account you wish to search from the 'To Accounts' box and using the down arrow bring the selected account into the 'Search Account' box
Please Note: You can search a maximum of 5 accounts at a time
Enter the search criteria e.g. a date range and click on 'Apply'. The results will be displayed on the 'Incoming Payments Log' screen
To view more detail of a particlular incoming payment, select the payment and click on 'View Transaction Details'.
Please Note: The Incoming Payment Log will only display details relating to incoming electronic payments to AIB branch accounts or currency accounts with a sort code of 93-00-67.
For details on any other incoming payment, please contact your Relationship Manager in your branch.
