Where can I get my customers IBAN and BIC?

If you have the NSC and Account Number for your customer and they are within the Republic of Ireland you can use the converter located within iBB:

Log into iBB and click on the BIC & IBAN converter at the top of the screen.                                

Enter in the NSC and Account Number and click Convert, the BIC & IBAN will be displayed.

Alternatively, ask your customer for this information.

If you have the NSC and Account number for your customer:

1. Log in to AIB Internet Banking

2. Click on Pay & Transfer and select To Another Irish Account. 

3. The IBAN converter tool is available on step three of the request.
