How do I amend existing Utility Bill payment details?
iBusiness Banking (iBB)
Log into iBB.
Go to Payments / Payment Management, select utilities and click on the Utility and click Delete.
Add a new Ultility by selecting 'Utilities' and then 'Add', entering the Utility Information and clicking on 'Authorise' or 'Save for Authorisation'
You can also authorise the set up by going to Payments and then Utilities. Select the Utility from the list and click on Authorise.
You will need to confirm the request using your Digipass.
AIB Internet Banking
To amend existing utility bill payment details, you will be required to delete the existing bill and complete the steps below to set up a new bill with the updated information.
- Log in to AIB Internet Banking
- Click on Pay & Transfer
- Select Payees; the option to delete is to the right of the screen
- When you have confirmed the request to delete the bill, click on Add new payee and follow the steps to set up the new details.
You will need your AIB Card Reader to set up a 3rd party credit card or non-AIB credit card for payment
In Your Branch
Visit the Quick Banking Area where you can use the Kiosk, the In-branch courtesy phone, or get assistance at the Customer Service Desk to complete your request.
You will need your AIB Card Reader for requests over the phone.
Proof of identification may be required for Customer Service assistance.
