How do I make a bill payment?

Log into iBB.

Go to the Payments tab, click on Bill Payment, select the bill to be paid, enter the requested information and click Authorise.  You will need to confirm the payment using your Digipass.

To check the status of your payment, click on Payment Logs then Outgoing Payment Log.

1. Log in to AIB Internet Banking

2. Click on Pay & Transfer

3. Select Pay a bill and follow the instructions to complete the bill payment

You will need your AIB Card Reader to confirm the new bill payment set up.

Visit the Quick Banking Area where you can use the Kiosk, the In-branch courtesy phone, or get assistance at the Customer Service Desk to complete your request. 

You will need your AIB Card Reader for requests over the phone. 

Proof of identification may be required for Customer Service assistance.
