In these uncertain times, we are here to help. We’ll try to keep disruptions to a minimum, and are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by a change to our services. In order to manage a high level of calls while ensuring the health and safety of our staff in our Contact Centres, we have made some temporary changes to our operating hours, as follows:

  • Our Phone Lines are now available Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 (excluding Bank Holidays)
  • Our Social Media team are available Monday to Friday 09:00 to 20:00, Saturday and  Sunday 09:00 to 17:00
  • We have a dedicated COVID-19 Phone Line for customers who are over 65, their carers, or for people concerned about financial abuse during this time. Please call 1800 207 232 from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 16:00
  • There is no change to services for reporting card fraud or Lost and Stolen cards which remain available 24/7

As the COVID-19 crisis develops, we aim to keep as many of our branches open as possible in order to support our communities. Where we have to close a branch, we will try to open again as quickly as we can while adhering to HSE guidelines and ensuring the absolute safety of our staff and our customers.

Note: We have introduced priority banking hours for our elderly and vulnerable customers until 11:00 each morning.  We are asking our other customers to plan their branch visits outside these times.
