Note: We have now introduced priority banking hours for our elderly and vulnerable customers until 11am each morning. We are asking our other customers to plan their branch visits outside these times.

As outlined by Covid-19 HSE and Government guidelines and for the safety of our staff, the number of customer service advisors in our Contact Centres have temporarily reduced resulting in a change to our hours of operation as follows:
- Our Phone Lines are now available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- Our Social Media team are available Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm
- There is no changes to services for reporting card fraud or Lost and Stolen cards which remain available 24/7
