As outlined by Covid-19 HSE and Government guidelines and for the safety of our staff, the number of customer service advisors in our Contact Centres have temporarily reduced resulting in a change to our hours of operation as follows:

How to register

If you have an AIB bank account, savings account or credit card you can call us on 0818 724 020 to register for this service.

  • Hear the PIN for your Personal Visa Debit Card

  • Top up your mobile phone

  • Cancel SEPA Direct Debits*

  • Search for and place a stop on single and/or multiple cheques, as well as removing a cheque stop*

 

*These requests can only be completed by a Customer Service Advisor.

 

An AIB Card Reader will be required for certain transactions.

 

You can ring AIB Phone Banking on 0818 724 724* anytime to use the automated facility for routine transactions. A Customer Service Adviser is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm for non- routine transactions, or if you need help.
