How do I question a payment on my AIB card?

AIB Mobile Banking
- Log in to AIB Mobile Banking
- Tap on Services, then tap on Support
- Tap Question a card payment
- Select the reason that you want to query the payment and complete each step of the form to the end
- Tick the box that confirms you are happy to use your electronic signature
- Tap Confirm, and Done.

AIB Internet Banking
Log in to AIB Internet Banking,
On the Account Overview page, click on the relevant current account or credit card
Select Historical Transactions and click on the plus (+) button beside the transaction for more detail.
Note: The Search button can also be used to help to find the transaction.
If the detail provided does not answer your query or you suspect fraud on your account, you should contact our Card Services team immediately on 1800 24 22 27 or +353 1269 5022 (Outside Ireland) Please have your Debit/Credit card number ready.

Go to the Online Forms section within the Help Centre, click on Additional Forms and Brochures, then click on 'Credit Cards', and then select the 'Dispute a Transaction on My Debit/Credit Card' form. This form is also available on the AIB Mobile app.
