Registered AIB Internet Banking customers can Top Up prepaid mobile phones through AIB Internet Banking any time, anywhere.

From 16^th November 2023, it will no longer be possible to top up your pre-paid mobile phone through our Phone Banking service.

You can still top-up your mobile through Internet Banking on aib.ie, through the AIB Mobile Banking App which can be downloaded to your mobile from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or in branch using Kiosk Banking.

You can also top-up your phone through your mobile service provider, Post Office and retailers nationwide.

In the past you may have topped up using our top up by text method. This method of top is no longer available. If you attempt to top up using this service you will not receive a text back and will not enter the process to purchase your phone credit. Don’t worry, there are plenty of other quick and easy ways registered Internet Banking customers can continue to top up any Vodafone, Three, Tesco Mobile, Meteor or Eir Mobile pre-pay mobile phone.
