Complete the standard financial statement in one of the following ways:

Online

You can fill out and submit a digital SFS online, which is usually quicker and easier than using paper forms. AIB Standard Financial Statement Form

 

By phone

Call 0818 251 008; our agents will help you finish the SFS over the phone.

Paper

If you prefer to fill out a paper form, it can be downloaded from www.aib.ie/sfs, please note you must download the document to your personal device to fill this in. A user guide is available here.

  • If you send a signed form through this page (using Docuload), we will phone you to complete voice authorisation, which substitutes the need to sign the form. This will happen within 48 hours.  We cannot progress your case until we do this.
  • Please upload all supporting documents through  Docuload (aib.ie) or alternatively post them to us at the address above.
  • We'll assess your SFS when we are happy it’s completed properly, have your voice authorisation and all supporting documents.

    The information provided in the Standard Financial Statement (SFS) and supporting documentation is vital in helping AIB and our customers to understand their current financial situation. This statement identifies your current income, your living expenses plus other expenditure and financial commitments that you may have.

    We require you to provide the below documentation along with your SFS:

    (Which you could obtain from your accountant or from the Revenue)

    The most recent social welfare receipt for each social welfare payment received

    *If the social welfare payment is mandated to the current account for which statements are being provided, social welfare receipts are not required

    (Which you could obtain from your Social Welfare Office)


    All Supporting Documents must be dated within the past 3 months.
    Internet statements must clearly show your name and address.
    If taking a photo of your documents please ensure all edges of the document are within the frame.

    Please note that assessment of your SFS cannot commence until all required supporting documentation is provided.
