In our Mortgage checklist we need to provide certified accounts – what are these?

 

If we ask for certified accounts from your accountant or auditor please advise them of the following:

1. For Certified Accounts​ the Accountants / Auditors Report must contain either:

(i) Date & Accountancy Firm Name or

(ii) Accountants Signature & Accountancy Firm Name or

(iii) Accountants Signature, Accountancy Firm Name & Date

2. For Audited Accounts the Auditor's Report must contain the name of the Statutory Auditor(s), bear their signature and the date of the signature.
