I have inherited/been gifted a property, am I a First Time Buyer?
Because you did not personally take out a mortgage on this property previously, then you are considered a First Time Buyer. If any other party to the mortgage being applied for is not a First Time Buyer then none of the parties can be considered a First Time Buyer as per the Central Bank regulations.
