How do I ask for a refund for a direct debit payment?
AIB Mobile Banking
- Log in to AIB Mobile Banking
- Tap on Services, then tap on Support
- Tap Refund a Direct Debit
- Select the account the payment was made from, the dates you want to search and choose the payment you want to be refunded.
- Check the information is correct and tick the boxes to confirm that you did not authorise the payment, and that clicking ‘Confirm’ means that you are using your electronic signature for this request.
- Tap Confirm
