How do I order a statement for my account?

1. Log in to AIB Mobile Banking.

2. Select Services and tap Statements.

3. Select the account you want to order a statement on.

4. Click on Order more recent statement.

Please Note: The statement will be for the period from your last statement issue date to the date of ordering.

You can download AIB's Mobile Banking App from the Google Play or Apple App store.

1. Log in to AIB Internet Banking where you can access your eStatements by clicking on Accounts, select Statements and Fees and click on Statements.

2. You will have the option to print your eStatements free of charge. If you choose to Order Statement, this will include transactions from the last date your statement issued to the day you are ordering.

1. Call our Customer Service Team on 0818 724 724 (+353 1 771 24 24 from outside Ireland).

2. Select option 1 and enter your security details.

3. Press 4 for PIN Retrieval and Statement Order, and follow the steps to get complete your request.

Visit the Quick Banking Area where you can use the Kiosk.
