    AIB Internet Banking

    1. Log in to AIB Internet Banking where you can access your eStatements by clicking on Accounts and selecting My Statements.

    2. You will have the option to print your eStatements free of charge. If you choose to Order Statement, this will include transactions from the last date your statement issued to the day you are ordering.

    AIB Mobile Banking

    1. Log in to AIB Mobile Banking.

    2. Select Services and tap Statements.

    3. Select the account you want to order a statement on.

    4. Click on Order more recent statement.

     

    Please Note: The statement will be for the period from your last statement issue date to the date of ordering.

     

    You can download AIB's Mobile Banking App from the Google Play or Apple App store.

    AIB Tablet Banking

    1. Log in to AIB Tablet Banking where you can access your eStatements by clicking on Accounts and selecting My Statements.

    AIB Phone Banking

    1. Call our Customer Service Team on 0818 724 724 (+353 1 771 24 24 from outside Ireland).

    2. Select option 1 and enter your security details.

    3. Press 4 for PIN Retrieval, Statement Order or to Change your Personal Access Code and follow the steps to get complete your request.

     

    Please Note: Statement will be for a period from last statement issue date to date of ordering.

    You can call your branch between 9.00am and 5.30pm Mon-Fri.

     

    If you would like to use AIB's services outside of these hours, call our Customer Service Team and register on 0818 724 020 (or +353 1771 24 24 option 4 from outside Ireland). It only takes a few minutes and you can start using the service immediately.

    In Your Branch

    Visit the Quick Banking Area where you can use the Kiosk, call our Phone Banking team using the In-branch courtesy phone, or visit the Customer Service desk where a member of staff will help you with your request to order a statement for your account.
