Planned Cards and Payments Essential Maintenance 20 October 2024

Cards

On Sunday 20 October 2024, between 1:00 to 7:00, you may not be able to use your AIB debit and credit card online, due to planned maintenance on our systems. Cards will work normally for other types of card payments at ATMs or in physical locations.
 
If you have a question, you can contact us between 8:00 to 18:00, Monday to Sunday on (01) 2695022 for debit cards, or (01) 668 5500 for credit cards.
 

Payments

Personal Channels: 
Due to essential maintenance, our Payment services won’t be available from 2:00 to 10:00 on 20 October 2024. During this time you won’t be able to make payments via Mobile, Internet, or Phone Banking.
 
Everything else will be available as normal (Account Balances, Lost & Stolen Cards, Loan applications etc).

Business Channels: 
Due to essential maintenance, our Internet Business Banking (iBB) services won’t be available from 2:00 to 10:00 on 20 October 2024.
