First time Valuation
A first time valuation on a property will be a fee of €150, this will cover both a new mortgage or a mortgage top up.
Additional valuations
You will need an additional valuation if you have previously gotten a first time valuation done on a property and the time period has lapsed or if its a self build property. For any additional valuations there is a fee of €65.
