Customer Experience

Our customers’ feedback and experiences inform and guide us, helping us to focus on our actions so that we can provide them with the best banking experiences. 

We listen to our customers to learn from their experience with our business. We monitor customer satisfaction using Net Promoter Score (NPS), an index ranging from -100 to 100 that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company’s products/services to others.

We see complaints as a valuable way for our customers to let us know if they are unhappy with what we have done or failed to do.
