eFee Advices

What are eFee Advices?

eFee Advices are a convenient, secure and environmentally friendly method of receiving your current account Fee Advices online. Customers with eligible accounts can now see eFee Advices online without the need to register for this service. Fee advices are only generated if the fees charged in any fee quarter exceed €10.00. eFee Advices are exact replicas of printed fee advices. eFee Advices are also available in PDF format so you have the option of saving them locally on your PC, if you would like to maintain a file of your banking records at home.

You will be able to view any Fee Advices issued on your personal current account since August 2012, and they will be accessible on AIB Internet Banking for up to 7 years after issue.

When will my eFee Advices be available to view online?

You will receive eFee Advices if your account fees exceed €10.00 during a fee quarter. Account fees are calculated quarterly on the last working Friday of February, May, August and November. The fee will be charged on the 28th of March, June, September and December (or where the 28th is not a business day, the next business day).

You can choose to stop paper Fee Advices on eligible accounts. By choosing to turn off paper, you will no longer receive paper Fee Advices in the post.
