I paid for tickets for an event (e.g. a concert) on my card. The event has now been cancelled. Can I get a refund? 

If an event (e.g., a concert) has been cancelled:

·       Contact the event organiser first as they may refund you directly.

·       If they don’t refund you, complete our dispute form (PDF) and send us:

o   Booking confirmation

o   Proof the event was cancelled

o   Proof you tried to get a refund from the organiser
