I cancelled a subscription but I am still being charged, is there anything I can do to get my money back?

 

You should send us proof that you cancelled this subscription before these charges. Send this along with our dispute form. Unfortunately, due to the strict timeframes of the Visa dispute process, we will only be able to assist you with more recent charges (this may be a problem if the charges go back for some time).
