My travel provider has cancelled my flights and/or accommodation. I paid for them on my debit/credit card. Can I get my money back?

 

·       Contact the provider first as they may refund you directly.

·       If they don’t refund you, complete our dispute form (PDF) and send us:

o   Booking confirmation

o   Proof of cancellation

o   Proof you requested a refund
