How long does it take for my card to be refunded?

 

We can assure you we will review your case and if your dispute meets the Visa rules your payment will be refunded. We aim to respond within three weeks, but due to the volumes of cases received daily this is not always possible.  We do try to get money back for our customers where possible, however as every case is different, we can’t guarantee that we will be able to process a chargeback until we have looked into the dispute under Visa Dispute Resolution Scheme Rules. As a result of this, chargebacks can be a lengthy process, we will contact you in writing as soon as we can.
