What is a dispute?
When you believe something has gone wrong with a payment you can dispute it. If we can, we will request a chargeback from Visa, which means you will get your money back. There are a few thing that you should know:
· Not all disputes qualify.
· There are strict rules and time limits.
· Contact us as soon as possible.
