I applied for a refund and want to know the progress of it, where can I find this out?

 

If you have already sent us the information for your dispute we would ask you if at all possible not to contact us for updates. We are already experiencing a big increase in disputes due to COVID-19 and it is taking us much longer than normal to review them. Again, we can assure you that we will get to all dispute cases and we will contact you as soon as we review yours.
