Language Supports

If English is not your first language, we have a number of supports available.  

The following Language, Interpretation and Translation services are available in our branches:

  • Automated Translation – this is a basic translation service for everyday conversations.
  • Phone Interpretation – branch staff can dial in an interpreter with access to over 120 languages.
  • Document Translation – if you have a document that we need, such as proof of identity or proof of income, we can arrange to have it translated. This can take a few days to complete.
