    AIB Internet Banking

    1. Log in to AIB Internet Banking,

    2. Click on Services & Settings and select Manage my Cards.

    3. Choose the relevant card and click on Replacement Card.

    4. Follow the on screen instructions to complete your request.  

     

    Alternatively select your cards in Accounts and click on the Account Management button. Select Replacement Card and follow the instructions on screen to complete your request.

     

    You will need your AIB Card Reader to replace your AIB Credit Card.

     

    The good news is that your card has been set up with Apple PayGoogle Pay or Fitbit Pay you can continue to spend using your card, even if you have ordered a replacement card. 

     

    Please Note: If your card is due to expire this month, a new one will automatically issue mid month. Your existing PIN is still valid with your replacement card.

    AIB Mobile Banking

    1. Log in to AIB Mobile Banking

    2. Click on Cards and choose the relevant card.

    3. Click on Replace my damaged Card.

    4. Follow the on screen instructions to complete your request.  

     

    The good news is that your card has been set up with Apple PayGoogle Pay or Fitbit Pay you can continue to spend using your card, even if you have ordered a replacement card. 

     

    Please Note: If your card is due to expire this month, a new one will automatically issue mid month. Your existing PIN is still valid with your replacement card.

    1. Log in to AIB Tablet Banking 

    2. Click on Services & Settings and select Manage my Cards

    1. Call our Customer Service Team on 0818 724 724 (+353 1 771 24 24 from outside Ireland). 

    2. Select option 1, enter your security details and select 0 to speak to an agent.

    AIB Card Services

    Call the AIB Card Services Team on 01 269 5022 or (+353 1 269 5022 from outside Ireland)

     

    You will need your account number or card number to order a replacement card.

     

    Please Note: If a replacement debit card is issued during the month of reissue, this will invalidate your existing card.

     

    If your card is due to expire this month, a new one will automatically issue mid month. Your existing PIN is still valid with your replacement card.

    In Your Branch

    Visit the Quick Banking Area where you can use the Kiosk or call our Card Services team using the In-Branch courtesy phone. 

     

    Make sure you have your Card number ready if you are ordering a replacement AIB Card.
