How do I order a replacement AIB card?

1. Log in to order a replacement card by clicking the button below.

2. Choose the relevant card and select Replace my Damaged Card.

3. Follow the steps on screen.

   
   
   

The good news is that your if card has been set up with Apple Pay or Google Pay you can continue to spend using your card, even if you have ordered a replacement card.

Please note:

• If a replacement debit card is issued during the month of reissue, this will invalidate your existing card.

• If your card is due to expire this month, a new one will automatically issue mid month. Your existing PIN is still valid with your replacement card.

Visit the Quick Banking Area where you can use the Kiosk.

Make sure you have your card number ready if you are ordering a replacement AIB Card.
