Log in to AIB Internet Banking,
Select Services & Settings
Click on Manage My Cards.
Select your Credit or Debit Card, and click on Report Card Lost/Stolen.
Follow the instructions on screen to complete your request.
Alternatively select your Debit or Credit Card in Accounts and click on the Account Management button. Click on Report Card Lost/Stolen and follow the instructions on screen.
If your card has been set up on your Digital Wallet e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay and/or Fitbit Pay, your new card will update automatically. Debit cards update by 5pm the next working day (if you keep the same PIN), Credit cards update immediately. The good news is that before the physical card is received, you can spend using the new card, as soon as the new card updates on your Digital Wallet.
