    Report Card Online Now

    1. Log in to report your card as lost or stolen by clicking the button below.

    2. Select your Credit or Debit Card, and select Report Card Lost/Stolen.



     

    When getting a new AIB Card:
     

    If your card has been set up on your Digital Wallet e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay and/or Fitbit Pay, your new card will update automatically. The good news is that before the physical card is received, you can spend using the new card, as soon as the new card updates on your Digital Wallet. Debit cards update by 5pm the next working day (if you keep the same PIN), credit cards update immediately.

    In Your Branch

    Visit the Quick Banking Area where you can use the Kiosk or call our Card Services Team on the In-Branch courtesy phone to report your card lost or stolen.
