How do I report my AIB Card(s) as lost or stolen?

Log in to report your card as lost or stolen by clicking the button below.
Choose the relevant card and select Cancel and Replace my Card.
Follow the steps on screen.
When getting a new AIB Card:
If your card has been set up on your Digital Wallet e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay and/or Fitbit Pay, your new card will update automatically. The good news is that before the physical card is received, you can spend using the new card, as soon as the new card updates on your Digital Wallet. Debit cards update by 5pm the next working day (if you keep the same PIN), credit cards update immediately.

Call our Customer Service Team on 0818 724 724 (+353 1 771 24 24 from outside Ireland) and select option 4.

In Your Branch
Visit the Quick Banking Area where you can use the Kiosk.
