If you receive an email or text message pertaining to be from AIB or from an unrecognised source, requesting you click a link to take action do not open the mail as this may be fraudulent.

We will check in with you when any changes are made to your account by sending an alert. If you didn’t make the change, someone else did, perhaps a criminal.
