Applications for a first COVID-19 payment breaks are now closed. If you are already on a COVID-19 payment break, you can apply for a second one. You can apply for up to two COVID-19 payment breaks.

Will you be closing branches?
- Our branches are operating normally. We are making sure there is minimum disruption to our services.
- We’ve closed our university branches in line with government guidelines. We plan to keep the rest of our network open to support customers. If anything changes you’ll find the latest information here.
- Our customers can bank with us day and night using internet banking and our mobile app.

What are you doing to keep customers and staff safe in branches?
- We have arranged more cleaning of branches and self-service machines and ATMs in line with HSE recommendations.
- We have set aside the first hour of each day (10am-11am) for elderly and vulnerable customers and ask all other customers to arrange their banking outside these times
- To maintain social distancing we are limiting the number of customers who can come into our branches at any one time. This may result in some customers having to wait outside for a while. As a reminder, many banking services are available online, on our mobile app and through phone banking.
