    AIB Mobile Banking

    1. Log in to AIB Mobile Banking.

    2. Go to 'Pay & Transfer'

    3. Select Pay a bill

    4. Follow the instructions to complete your request.

     

    To add a new bill:

     

    To add a new bill payment, please log in to Internet Banking or Tablet Banking.

     

    To delete a bill 

     

    Click on Payees and select 'delete' under the bill 

     

    To amend a bill

     

    You will be required to delete the bill and set the new bill up using Internet Banking or Tablet Banking.

    AIB Internet Banking

    1. Log in to AIB Internet Banking.

    2. Click on Pay & Transfer.

     

    To Set up a new bill:

    • Select Pay A Bill and click on new bill for the bill type. Follow the onscreen instructions.

     

    OR

     

    • Select Payees, click on Add New Payee and follow the onscreen instructions.

     

    You will need the Bill reference number which appears on your Bill. 

     

    You will need your AIB Card Reader to set up a 3rd party credit card or non-AIB credit card for payment. 

     

    To delete a bill:

     

    Select Payees; the option to ‘delete’ is to the right of the screen.

     

    To amend an existing bill:

     

    You will be required to delete the existing bill and complete the above steps to set a new bill with the updated information.

    1. Log in to AIB Tablet Banking.

    2. Click on Pay & Transfer.

     

    To Set up a new bill:

    • Select Pay A Bill and click on new bill for the bill type. Follow the onscreen instructions.

     

    OR

    • Select Payees, click on Add New Payee and follow the onscreen instructions.

     

    You will need the Bill reference number which appears on your Bill. 

     

    You will need your AIB Card Reader to set up a 3rd party credit card or non-AIB credit card for payment and to confirm your bill payment request.

     

    To delete a bill:
