SFS Example 1
Mary and John Smith aged 49 and 53 are married with two children aged 7 and 3.
Mary is a Client Services Manager earning €3,900 gross a month. John is a Warehouse Operator earning €2,800 gross a month. John’s income is made up of non-basic income such as shift allowances, overtime, and performance related pay.
Mary and John’s mortgage repayments are €1,600 to us.
They have a rental property with another bank with mortgage repayments of €900 per month. They also have credit card repayments of €500 per month.
They have filled in their SFS and attached:
- One month’s payslip for Mary Smith.
- One month’s payslip for John Smith. Given John’s income varies, he attaches his Employment Detail Summary for the previous three years.
- As Mary & John are in receipt of rental income, they also attach their most recent Self-Assessment Certificate or Notice of Assessment.
- Bank statements for the last three months for Mary and John Smith for any bank.
SFS Example 2
John Doe and Ann Smith aged 54 and 49 are divorced, with three children aged 16, 14 and 9.
John is an Accountant earning €4,800 gross per month. John also has a small cow farm from which he earns €700 gross per month.
Ann is on illness benefit and receives €2,092 per month, including child benefit of €420.
John and Ann’s mortgage repayments are €1,450 per month to us.
They have filled in two separate SFS’s and attached:
- One month’s payslip for John Doe and Form 11 for most recent year as he has income from the farm.
- Most recent social welfare receipt for Ann Smith.
- Bank statements for the last three months for John Doe and Ann Smith for any bank.
- Business account Bank Statements for John Doe for his self-employed income from his cow farm from any bank.
SFS Example 3
Paul Smith and Linda Smith both aged 41 are married with one child who is 20 and in college.
Paul is a self-employed plasterer earning €2,000 gross a month.
Linda is a special needs assistant earning €4,100 gross a month.
Paul and Linda’s mortgage repayments are €730 per month to us.
They have filled out their SFS and attached:
- Most recent Form 11 for Paul as he is self-employed.
- Linda’s last two payslips as she is paid fortnightly.
- Bank statements for the last three months for Paul and Linda for any bank.
- Business bank statements for the last six months for Paul as he is self-employed for any bank.
