My account isn’t showing in the app, how do I add it?

If you log in to the app and can’t see an account in a particular ‘space’ on your ‘Home’ screen:
1. Scroll to the bottom of the ‘Home’ screen.
2. Tap ‘Don’t see an account?’
3. Select the ‘Account type’ you are looking to add to your ‘Home’ screen.
4. Depending on the account type you will be asked to enter the account details so we can find it. For example, if it’s a ‘Branch account’ we will ask you for either the ‘Account number’ and ‘NSC’ or ‘IBAN’ so we can add it to the ‘Home’ screen view.
5. Follow the on screen steps to add the account to your ‘Home’ screen.
1. Log in to the app.
2. Go to Services.
3. Select Account Management.
4. Select Add or hide an account.
5. Read the information given about eStatements and click Confirm.
You can add the following account types to view online:

AIB Branch Accounts
- Credit Cards
- Home Mortgage Accounts
- AIB Finance accounts (except leasing products)
1. Log in to AIB Internet Banking.
2. Click on Services & Settings
3. Select Add an account.
You can add the following account types to view online:

- Home Mortgages Accounts
- AIB Finance accounts (except leasing products)
- Irish Life policies
- ARK Life policies
- Currency Accounts (National Sort Code (NSC) 930067)

Log in to the AIB Mobile App.
