1. Log in to AIB Mobile Banking.

2. Tap the account you want to view, you will then see a list of the recent and pending transactions on that account for the last 3 months.

3. Tap on a transaction to see more information such as the time, date, and type of transaction. This information is currently not available for credit cards.

• If you have no transactions for the last 3 months you can use search to view older transactions.

You can download AIB's Mobile Banking App from the Google Play or Apple App store.

2. Click on the account you want to view, where you can view any pending and recent transactions on that account for the last 3 months. 
3. Click on a transaction to see more information such as the time, date, and type of transaction. This information is coming soon for credit cards.
4. You can use Search to view transactions older than 3 months.

Select option 1 and enter your security details.

Press 1 for balance & transaction information and follow the steps to get the information you are looking for.

AIB Credit Cards

You can contact our Card Services Team on +353 1 269 5022 for disputed transactions on Debit cards.

Make sure you have your card number ready.

Visit the Quick Banking Area where you can use the Kiosk.

You can view the recent transactions on your account at any AIB ATM using your AIB Debit Card and PIN by selecting Mini Statement.
