How do I retrieve the PIN for my AIB Card?

You can see or hear your debit card PIN in the AIB mobile App.

1. Log in to AIB Mobile Banking
2. Tap on Cards
3. Choose the relevant card and tap on Show my Pin. 
4. Follow the steps on screen

You can see or hear your debit card PIN in the AIB mobile App.

1. Log in to AIB Internet Banking

2. Click on Manage my Cards

3. Choose the relevant card and click on PIN Reminder

4. Follow the on screen instructions to complete your request.  

Or click on your account or credit card in the Accounts screen and click on the Account Management button. Select PIN Reminder and follow the instructions on screen.

Credit Cards - You can ask for a PIN reminder on AIB Internet Banking. Go to the Internet Banking section (above) and follow the instructions on screen.  

Debit Cards – You can see or hear your PIN in the AIB mobile App. Go to the Mobile Banking section to find out more.
