Log in to AIB Internet Banking
Click on Services & Settings and select Manage my Cards
Choose the relevant card and click on PIN Reminder
Follow the on screen instructions to complete your request.
Alternatively click on your account or credit card in the Accounts screen and click on the Account Management button. Select PIN Reminder and follow the instructions on screen.
Log in to AIB Tablet Banking
Click on Services & Settings and select Manage my Cards.
Choose the relevant card and click on PIN Reminder.
Follow the on screen instructions to complete your request.

Call our Customer Service Team on 0818 724 724 (+353 1 771 24 24 from outside Ireland).
Select option 1 and enter your security details.
Select option 4 on the Phone Banking menu, then select option 1 for ‘PIN retrieval on your Personal Visa Debit Card’ and follow the prompts to complete your request.
Please have your AIB Debit Card to hand.
If you are not a Personal Debit Card Holder, press 0 to speak to a Customer Service Advisor after entering your security information.
You can contact our Card Services Team on 01 269 5022 or (+353 1 269 5022 from outside Ireland) to order a PIN Reminder for your Card.
Please have your card number ready.
Visit the Quick Banking Area where you can use the Kiosk or call our Card Services team using the In-Branch courtesy phone.
Make sure you have your card number ready.
