How do I change the address on my AIB account and/or Credit Card?

1. Log in to AIB Internet Banking.

2. Click on Services & Settings and select My Details.

3. Follow the instructions on screen to update your address.

4. You will need your AIB Card Reader.

Please note:

Branch accounts - this option is only available for sole account holders

Credit Cards - Only the Principle Card Holder has authorisation to change the address.

You can download AIB's Tablet Banking App from the Google Play or Apple App store.

1. Call our Customer Service Team on 0818 724 724 (+353 1 771 24 24 from outside Ireland).

2. Select option 1, enter your security details and select 0 to speak to an agent.

Please note: To update your date of birth or surname, please drop into your local AIB branch with proof of identification.

Visit the Quick Banking Area where you can use the Kiosk or the In-branch courtesy phone, or visit our Customer Service Desk to get assistance in completing your request to change your address.

You will need your AIB Card Reader for requests over the phone.

Proof of identification may be required for Customer Service assistance.
