I have a query on my account fees, what do Ido?

1. Log in to AIB Internet Banking.

2. Click on Accounts, select Statements and Fees and click on Fee Advices. Click on the View option to open your fee advice on screen.

3. Your eFee Advices will be available for viewing online as often as you receive them by post.

1. Call our Customer Service Team on 0818 724 724 (+353 1 771 24 24 from outside Ireland).

2. Select option 1 and enter your security details.

3. Press 0 to speak to a Customer Service Advisor who will help you with your request.
